News Anchor Sells Scottsdale 4BD

Peter Busch and Rachel Busch sold in a short sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 6607 E 1st Avenue in Scottsdale to Jennifer L Ennesser for $182,500 on January 9, 2012.

The Busch's paid $229,000 for the 1,113-square-foot house in March 2005. It was built in 1955 in the Southwest Village subdivision.
