Robert Duguid, from Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 24610 North 121st Place in Scottsdale from Gerry L Watson (AKA Bubba Watson) for $1,580,000 on November 19, 2012, according to Maricopa County Recorder documents.
The 8,855-square-foot house in the Sonoran Crest subdivision was built in 2006.
Watson paid $1,950,000 for the property in July 2008.
Bubba Watson is a American pro golfer on the PGA Tour. Watson has committed to play in the 2013 Waste Management Phoenix Open at the at the TPC Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ, from January 28 – February 3.
