Smith's Food & Drug Centers has purchased the Shell Gas Station & Convenience Store at 7949 E. Thomas Rd (southwest corner of Hayden & Thomas) in Scottsdale from Tariq Rana for $1.085,000.00, according to Maricopa County Recorder records. The sale closed on December 2012.
