Thomas Road Building With Drive Thru Sold

PCM Properties LLC has purchased the free standing building with drive-thru at 8046 East Thomas Road (east of Hayden) in Scottsdale from Fox Den LLC for $375,000.00, according to Maricopa County Recorder records. The sale closed on February 2013.
